Tuesday night open studio with a nude model.
This Open Studio Figure Drawing class offers a creative and dynamic environment for artists of all levels to explore the human form through direct observation. Participants will have the opportunity to draw from a live nude model in a relaxed, supportive setting, where they can refine their skills, experiment with different media, and develop their understanding of anatomy, gesture, and proportion.
Each session will feature a variety of poses, ranging from quick gesture drawings to longer, more detailed studies, allowing students to build both their speed and accuracy. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your technical abilities, loosen up your line work, or simply enjoy the process of drawing from life, this open studio is designed to support individual artistic growth in a collaborative atmosphere.
Materials such as charcoal, graphite, ink, pastels and paints are welcome, though basic drawing supplies can be provided upon request. No formal instruction is provided, but the space offers opportunities for peer feedback and self-guided practice.
