Description
Fifty Fifty is the name and gourmet sandwiches are the game. Whether you've enjoyed the high quality, minimally processed fare from the Fifty Fifty food truck or just want to learn more about plant and meat based options, you should spend an evening with Rising Star Chef of the Year nominee Justin Brewer. While you sit back and relax in this 1.5 hour class class, you’ll enjoy vegan sheet pan nachos, a pork schnitzel salad, and his fan favorite from the food truck- a falafel burger - as he shows you how to create a delicious meal focusing on local ingredients and vegan alternatives.
For ages 13 & up. 21 or older? Your meal will be perfectly paired with a glass of wine.
ABOUT JUSTIN BREWER
Chef Justin Brewer, a graduate of the Culinary School of Fort Worth, is the owner of Brewer Hospitality and Fifty Fifty Food Trailer. With both concepts, Chef Justin focuses on working with whole foods (minimally processed or foods in their natural state). He relies on local when possible, and organic when not. In 2024, he was nominated for CultureMap Tastemaker Awards’ Rising Star Chef of the Year.
