This Easter egg hunt is for kids and adults for with special needs. The hunt for ages 0 to 12 will start at 10 a.m. The hunt for ages 13 and up will start at 10:30 a.m. This will take place at the Emerson Elementary School playground. The school is at 500 Emerson Drive, Seymour. There will be prizes and candy for all participants. There also will be special guests making an appearance to greet guests and take pictures.
This event is sponsored by the Judd family and Special Olympics Indiana Jackson County. This is the fifth year for that partnership.
To donate candy that will fit in the small plastic Easter eggs or prizes, contact Zach Spicer on Facebook, email [email protected] or text 812-595-9162. Anyone interested in being there as a mascot or special guest should reach out to Zach, too.
