On Sept. 25, Energy Trust of Oregon is hosting the fifth annual Meeting of the Mentors event. This in-person, informative career event is the perfect opportunity to connect with emerging and established professionals working in the rapidly growing sustainable building industry. Come have deeper discussions about how to navigate the challenges, barriers and possibilities in your career journey so you too can find your place and excel.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:

- Discuss the future of Oregon’s commercial building community with other thought leaders in high-performance building design and construction
- Share strategies to encourage diversity and improve opportunities and access to careers in the sustainability fields
- Hear from participating organizations about opportunities to engage in career development, including grants, scholarships, volunteer opportunities and other mentorship initiatives
