This will be an A/AA level tournament with a max of 12 teams.
8:00-8:30 - Check in
8:45 - Players Meeting
9:00 - Balls up and play begins
Pool play will be 1 set to 21 win by 2 for 6 team pools. After pool play we will put the top 6 teams into the upper division and the bottom 6 teams in the lower division for tournament play. Tournament play will be single elimination match play, best of 3 with no cap. (21,21,15)
We will pay out the first and second place teams in the upper division.
Format/rules:
- Females can jump, attack and block in front of the 10 ft line (if you have more then 2 females, you will need to designate which females are attacking back row only like a male player)
- Males may only attack from behind the 10 ft line and may not block
- Standard indoor rules will apply in most other cases
- There will be no open hand tipping/setting over the net unless your shoulders are square to the direction you set and set it cleanly over the net
