Southern Preparatory Academy's Board of Trustees proudly invites you to our Fifth Annual Board of Trustees Banquet. This special evening celebrates the growth and impact of our mission: building confident leaders through academics, athletics, and service to others.

The Banquet will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025 at the Marriott at Grand National in Opelika, Alabama.
ITINERARY:
6:00pm - 6:45pm: Welcome Reception
7:00pm - 8:00pm: Official Program; Plated Dinners Served
8:00pm: Program Conclusion
DETAILS:
Dinner
Plated dinners will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions. There will be a cash bar available for guests over the age of 21. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly.
Dress Code
The dress code for the Banquet is semi-formal.
Room Block
Book your stay at the Marriott for a discounted rate of $189/night no later than Tuesday, March 25, 2025*. Rooms in the Southern Prep block are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Individual seats ($350) and full tables (10 seats at $3,000) are available for those who wish to attend and be part of this inspiring evening.

Corporate Sponsorships
-Corporate sponsorships are available for $10,000 and include:
A reserved table with 10 seats
-Dinner for all attendees
-Recognition with your company logo featured in event programming and marketing materials
-A one-night stay (one room) at the Marriott Grand National (Friday, April 25, 2025)
Sponsors are encouraged to fill their table with their own guests. However, if preferred, Southern Prep will ensure the table is filled with supporters, friends, and family of the academy.
