In addition to being a beautiful, local pond and nature trail, Friends of Foote's Pond Wood represents an amazing restoration project, spearheaded by Susan and John Landau (our tour guides!) that can serve as an inspiration for our own community areas like the pond and trail, as well as our many parks and woodlots.
