Join Jim Sipiora as he explores the Village Creek Drying Beds on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The drying beds are located on Green Oaks Blvd. in north Arlington just west of the River Legacy Park entrance. Meet everyone at the Dunlop Sports Center parking lot at 1500 NW Green Oaks Blvd. The parking lot is located across the street from the gate to the drying beds facility. Walking is mostly on level gravel and paved roads, with some excursions through tall grass. Bring insect repellent if it rained recently.Start times at the parking lot:
October through May, meet at 7:30 AM
June through September, meet at 6:30 AM.
