Struggle with traditional cinemas? Too bright, too loud, too still?
Fidget Film Club is a cozy, sensory-friendly space for wriggly floor sitters just like you.
🧸 Bring your weighted blanket, stim toys, cuddly toy, snacks, crafts — whatever helps you feel at ease
🧘 Move around, stretch, pace, sit on a beanbag — no need to stay still or quiet
🎨 Knit, draw, fidget, chill freely and comfortably
📽️ Watch a film in an understanding environment with subtitles, soft lighting & an interval.
No shushing. No pressure. No weird looks.
✨ Open to anyone who finds typical cinemas overwhelming — or just wants a comfier movie night. Bring a cushion or bean bag to sit on!

Qunx is a queer nexus run by Renn Hubbuck-Melly focusing on setting up events, hubs and spaces for queer creatives to platform their work. Qunx has a particular aim and interest in nourishing art and performance which is unconventional and experimental as well as encouraging cross-pollination between artists working within a wide spectrum of disciplines and mediums 🩷
