2025 promises to be our biggest and most exciting event yet.
Come and meet your favourite authors in the fabulous venue of The Renaissance at Kelham, Newark, Nottinghamshire on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd March 2025.
Spend the day visiting the fabulous line up of authors we have joining us getting your books and merchandise signed, meet old and new book friends then return for an evening of fun with drinks, 3 course dinner, entertainment and disco at our themed ball. This year we are thinking Caberet meets Burlesque meets Moulin Rouge style.
Will your take on the theme be romance, sexy, showstopping? Your options are endless and we cannot wait to see you in all your finery!
This year we are also working on a special session on the Friday consisting of Author panels and Q&A sessions, entertainment and a buffet. Times expected to be 6pm - 11pm but may be adjusted slightly closer to the date. The tickets for this are included in the various ticket packages available.
Saturday 22nd March 2025 - Book signing times as follows -
Early Entry - 10:00am to 4pm.
General Admission - 11:00am to 4pm.
Evening Ball - 7pm until 12:30.
We have a number of ticket options available for you to choose from. All packages include an event programme/signing book on arrival.
*Signing only - General admission for the book signing (£35)
*Friday night & Saturday Signing - Friday night and general admission for the signing(£90)
*Full Day Saturday - General admission for the book signing and Evening Ball (£110)
*Full Weekend - Friday night, general admission for the signing and Evening Ball (£150)
This year, if you wish to take advantage of early entry for the book signing you just need to do the add on at £10pp.
General T&C's
*All tickets are non - refundable. Transferable up to 2 months before event date
** Everyone entering the venue must be ticketed.
*** Everyone will be required to leave the venue promptly at 4pm on Saturday after the signing to allow the venue to turn the halls around for the evening event.
****Under 18's are welcome but must be ticketed and please remember it will be very busy during all events and there may be some adult swag etc on the tables during the day.
