Enjoy a relaxing, restorative, creative weekend practicing the free-form technique of random weave. This artform offers an accessible foundation to use natural fibres foraged from the garden and the bush to create a range of unique and natural forms, both decorative and functional. Options include vessels, baskets, light shades, and sculptural pieces. Across the two days, you will learn how to collect and prepare easily found weaving materials, and experiment with a range of fibres and construction techniques. This workshop is suitable for all experience levels. Tools and materials are included.
