We invite all women to join us for a free, outdoor, boot-camp style workout! Bring a yoga mat or towel and water for a fun workout.We will meet at Meredith Pavilion.
FiA Northeast Tennessee is a community of women whose mission is to make each other stronger in all areas of our lives. We do this through actions which are focused on our:
Bodies - we orgainize free peer-led workouts and often participate together in fitness challenges or other events.
Minds - we can get together for coffee and a variety of social outings and faith interactions.
Hearts - we give our time and resources to the community and invest in each other by practicing selfless acts of FiAlanthropy.
