Join us at Tyland Barn to get into the Christmas spirit, using natural materials to craft decorations for your home that are kind to the environment.
This is a lovely opportunity to spend a couple of hours away from the pre-Christmas rush, slowing down and connecting with nature and your creativity. No experience is necessary, if you've never tried making decorations before you might be surprised at what you can produce! You'll head home with everything you've made, perfect for adding a natural touch to your festive celebrations.
We'll provide all the materials you need to make your own versions of the decorations demonstrated, but you're welcome to bring any ribbons or other accessories from home that you might like to try and incorporate into your decorations. Unless the weather is really poor, we'll be based in the covered shelter in the grounds- so please wrap up warm with plenty of layers.
A willow wreath making workshop is also taking place at Tyland Barn between 1.30 and 3.30pm. Why not join us for both sessions and make a day of it? A limited number of combined tickets are available for £50.
Between Saturday 2 and Friday 8 November, tickets are available to Kent Wildlife Trust members only. Please check your emails and enter your code into the Promo Code box. Tickets will be released for general sale on Saturday 9 November.
Unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded within 30 days of the event.
