If you're looking for vegan inspiration at Christmas, then join us for a live cookery demo and festive lunch prepared by Anna Madams of the popular Somerset-based catering company Vegan To You. Anna is an experienced restauranteur and caterer, having catered for hundreds of weddings and special events. She is renowned for her engaging and fun style, so don’t miss this event!
Relax and watch a 45-minute cookery demo of:
Queen butterbean, spinach, cranberry and pine nut parcel, served alongside crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrot and swede mash, braised winter greens, balsamic mushrooms and gravy.
You will then be able to enjoy all of this for yourselves!
Once lunch has finished, you will be able to browse our merchandise stall, featuring an array of fantastic Christmas gifts, including Viva!'s cookbook Everyone Can Cook Vegan and our latest release, A Very Vegan Christmas - The Complete Mini Cookbook For a Magical Festive Feast!
Juliet Gellatley, director and founder of Viva!, will be giving a short speech before the meal.
