Festive Soulful Shakti Risings: yoga, wreath making, mulled wine and nibbles
This in-person event in the beautiful and spacious St Peter's Church Hall, N21 (close to Grange Park Station), is the perfect opportunity to raise your energy and spirits for the festive season ahead, as we move and dance our way through the chakras before getting creative with making a stunning nature inspired, fragrant wreath bursting with evergreen foliage and festive decorations.
A glass of mulled wine or alcohol-free alternative will be offered during the wreath making session alongside some festive nibbles.
No yoga or wreath making experience is required!
This is an event open to everyone, providing a welcoming space to find freedom of expression through movement to music and getting creative.
All you need is to bring some sparkle (and a yoga mat!) ✨
