Secret Sunrise is back in the heart of the city, grooving above Cape Town as the sun climbs over the skyline.
Grab your cacao, Headphones on, let’s celebrate the start of the best Saturday morning of your life.
Facilitators, live DJs, movement class - Special appearance by: The Daily Movement, one community.
Secret Sunrise sessions blend movement, music, and mindfulness, all synced to a curated soundtrack that’ll wake the city (quietly) while lighting you up.
The objective… To share more good vibes with the world, one gathering at a time.
No alcohol. No judgment. Just good humans, tunes of all genres, and a view you’ll never forget. All skill levels and age groups welcome.
This month, our theme is Festive Season.
Come dressed to express, dance to release, and celebrate the freedom of being unapologetically you.

TIME: 7:00 am - 8:00 am

DRESS CODE: Something Funky - Festive season style

For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
