Gentle stretches and somatic movement will release tension from your body, breath work will energise both body and mind and deep guided relaxation will transport you to a place of deep calm, serenity and headspace. Mats, blankets, cushions and heated eye masks are included.
Refreshments include a festive sweet treat grazing board and a choice of hot and cold beverages.
