As the year draws to a close and the festive season begins to soften, this evening invites you to slow down, rest deeply, and return to yourself.
Through a gentle blend of restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and healing sound, you’ll be guided into a space of stillness and renewal.
Each practice is designed to soothe the nervous system, release the busyness of the season, and restore balance to body, heart, and mind.
