Enjoy learning how to cook a range of festive treats and how to use leftovers.Learning outcomes include:
Make a cheap Christmas dish using leftovers
Identify and define examples of terminology used in baking/cake making
Make an edible Christmas gift
Identify a recipe for a specific dietary need or special/festive occasion and select a recipe from the internet
Recall at least 2 other festivities that are celebrated in other parts of the world
The course will run – every Thursday – 7th November – 12th December 2024.
This course is open to eligible learners aged 19 years plus (in August ’24) with few or no qualifications
