Festive Family Forest Fun in Rowntree ParkJoin us in Rowntree Park as we get ready for Christmas with a magical festive forest session! Wrap up warm and head outdoors for a morning of winter wonder - from making your own natural decorations to enjoying fun seasonal activities in the woods. We’ll gather around the fire for a cosy snack and a cup of hot chocolate as we celebrate the magic and changes of winter together.
Our seasonal family forest sessions are designed for all ages (2-12 approx) to enjoy the outdoors and connect with nature. No two sessions are ever the same, but you can expect a mix of hands-on woodland adventures such as fire lighting, whittling, outdoor cooking, tool work, nature crafts and creative exploration.
The session is led by our forest school-trained leader, Christine.
Come make memories, get creative and celebrate the joy of winter in the heart of the park!
£10 per child for FROP members and £11 fort non members.
