Get into the festive spirit one shake at a time with a Festive Cocktail Workshop in collaboration with our friends at Cardrona Distillery.Join us for a relaxed, hands-on evening of cocktail making, just in time for Christmas. Guided by our expert bartender from Cardrona Distillery using their exceptional rage of spirits, you’ll learn to craft a holiday-inspired drink that balances bold flavours with simple, approachable techniques.
You’ll be working with some of New Zealand’s most celebrated spirits - beautifully distilled in the remote Cardrona Valley by founder Desiree Reid, the woman who sparked the revival of New Zealand whisky on the international stage. From single malts shaped by extreme alpine seasons to hand-crafted gin, vodka and limited-edition liqueurs, Cardrona’s range brings genuine character to every glass.
