About this Event
WHY SWAP CLOTHES?
Got a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear for the festive season? We hear you.
1 in 3 women feel their clothes are outdated after less than three wears. This is especially true for seasonal outfits like Christmas jumpers, party dresses and formal wear.
That's why we're hosting a special festive edition of our clothes swap! Time to give your sequined, velvet and novelty items a new home while snagging some fab festive garms for yourself.
Tis the season to swap, not shop! 🎄
(20% of ticket proceeds will be donated to the ECO Action Hub for hosting us!)
HOW IT WORKS
Bring up to 10 items of clothing, accessories and shoes to swap. Everything must be freshly cleaned and in good condition.
While we accept items in all shapes, styles and sizes, we will not be accepting kid’s clothes for this swap (we plan on doing exclusive children's clothing swaps in the future!)
We ask that clothes be dropped off in advance to keep things running smoothly on the day. Drop-off slots are listed below. 👇🏼
We operate using a tiered token system: bronze, silver and gold. We categorise items based on the type, brand, RRP and condition. You will be given relevant tokens in return for your items when you drop them off which you can use to exchange for items on the day.
THE TOKEN SYSTEM
Bronze = preloved high street or vintage under £50 RRP
Silver = preloved high street or vintage over £50 RRP
Gold = preloved designer, BNWT, rare vintage or one-off pieces
1 Bronze Token = 1 Bronze Token
1 Silver token = 2 Bronze Tokens
1 Gold Token = 3 Bronze or 2 Silver Tokens
Items will be clearly labelled, so double-check your tokens before heading to the checkout.
