Friday, November 29, 2024. Meet Santa & Mrs. Claus (starting at 2pm) and get your holiday photo taken before heading to the parade. This year's parade will include the Grayslake North Marching Band and once again be MC'd by our own Mayor and Mr & Mrs Claus. Parade begins at 4:30 with the downtown tree lighting immediately after the parade. Then head out to the Village Hall for art, music and crafts, or over to the Heritage Center & Museum for our annual Giving Trees display. Free horse drawn sleigh rides will again be at the Village Hall, food trucks will be in our new parking lot across from the Heritage Center, and as always there will be plenty of street vendors with lots of unique items to round out your holiday gift lists.
