Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. Kiwanis is a positive influence in communities worldwide — so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them and provide the support they need to thrive.
The following event is being organized to bring entertainment and family fun to the area. It offers activities of different interest. At the event, we will also be collecting suitcases for foster children to keep their items in. Suitcases will be traded for items at Kiwanis trade booth that have been donated. We have heard this is a real need in the community at this time.
We have been approved by the city to go forward with this event. This event will take a lot of help. We need volunteers, donations, and some monetary sponsorships. This is where you can help. Please see the sponsorship form and needs in the following pages. We greatly appreciate all you contribute to make this happen.

Games Day – November 8
*Times and prices may vary slightly as organization proceeds
8-10 am Puzzle Contest (4 players a team max) $40/team
10-12pm Bocce Ball – $5/person
11-1pm Uno Tournament $10/person
1-3pm Cornhole $10/person
2-4pm Jenga blocks ($5 a person)
Vendors $30 each at Honor Park.
Volunteer Face Painting and Photos for Donations.
Kiwanis of Semmes will have a Trade booth. We will set up a vendor booth and post to social media for visitors to bring and trade any unwanted suitcases to the Kiwanis group the event. Those suitcases could be donated to children in foster care all over our area to keep them from having to use garbage bags etc for their clothing.
This will bring something for families of different interest together for a day of fun.

$2000 - Use of Logo on all flyers, social media, and back of t-shirts. Can provide a banner to hang on stage with use of half of stage and can provide items for fun at photo booth exclusively. Business mentioned at all tournaments that day at the beginning of each different one.
$1000 - Use of Logo on all flyers, social media, and back of t-shirts Can provide a banner to hang on stage with use of half of stage. Business mentioned at all tournaments.
$500 - Use of Logo on all flyers, social media, and back of t-shirts Hang banner on Stage. One booth space.
$100 - Use of Logo on all flyers, social media, and t-shirts
In kind sponsorships - Games for the events to borrow or keep. Tables, canopies, and chairs to borrow. Port a potty x2. Donations of any amount $________________.
Craft Vendor Booth Only $30 (business license is waived)
Food Truck Vendors $40
All fees are non-refunable. Vendors have a deadline of October 15 to have their money in.

miscellaneous items for trade booth
Volunteer Help:
Game referees,
Setup and take down,
Free face painter for donations,
Free photo booth attendant for donations,
traffic directing,
vendor placement help,
Kiwanis trade booth attendant,
someone to handle shirt orders.
