Lorenzo Abattoir is a sound artist and audio engineer based in Torino (IT). A key element of his work is the relationship between breathing techniques and unconventional methods of audio processing, using the properties of different kinds of microphones as instruments to structure his performances. He also works in the contemporary art field creating sound installations and composing soundtracks for theatre shows presented at Venice Biennale college year 2020 and Roma Europa Festival 2022.
