We’re rolling out the red carpet for an exclusive wine experience this January at Juliet Italian Kitchen! Prepare yourself for a luxurious evening featuring Arboretum Juliet Italian Kitchen and Fess Parker Winery – two incredible names in the world of wine. This series of wine dinners is your ticket to a memorable night filled with exceptional wines, delicious food, and engaging stories from the experts themselves.

We’re thrilled to have Liz Cooper, Sommelier & National Sales Director for Fess Parker Winery, joining us at both Austin locations. Liz will guide you through each course, sharing her expertise and the fascinating tales behind the wines. Each dinner will showcase the same exclusive Fess Parker wines but will feature two entirely different menus to keep things fresh and exciting!
Wine Dinner at Arboretum – Tuesday, January 28th
Greeter Wine (6:30 PM): Start the evening with a refreshing Grenache Rosé to set the tone for the night.
1st Course (7:00 PM): A perfect pairing with the crisp and vibrant Epiphany Grenache Blanc—the ideal introduction to this wine journey.
2nd Course: Immerse your palate in the complexity of Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir, a wine that speaks of the land and its unique terroir.
3rd Course: A bold and luxurious pairing with Fess Parker "The Big Easy" – a rich red wine that brings layers of flavor to every sip.
4th Course (Dessert): The night ends on a sweet note with a savory dessert pairing and the aromatic Fess Parker Riesling, an exceptional wine to complement your final course.
