About this Event

Shown to help reduce anxiety and stress during fertility treatment and beyond, Fertile Yoga is a gentle style of yoga that has been specifically designed with fertility patients in mind. Created and taught by former fertility patient Lisa Rosenthal, RYT-500, Fertile Yoga is the perfect way to restore balance during challenging times.

ALL experience levels are welcome (no previous yoga experience needed).

The ancient discipline of yoga is an excellent way to reduce the stress and muscle tension that fertility patients often feel. Fertile Yoga also helps to improve flexibility, encourage relaxation, improve clarity of thinking, and increase overall feelings of well-being.

Because patients who practice yoga regularly report feeling less stressed and more calm, they are often able to communicate more clearly with their doctors, make more satisfying decisions, and sustain treatment with a more positive perspective.
