Over the years, we have built quite a collection of amazing bottles and we want to share them with you, so we are opening up our cellar!
Come to Fermentoren at 14:00 kl on the 21st of December for a bottle share tasting, with unique and wonderful beers from around the world. We have selected six of our favourites to taste and share, guided by one of our resident beer experts.
The bottles included are:
Alesmith - Decadence 2015 (Belgian-style Amber Ale)
De Oude Cam - Kriek Lambiek 2016 (Lambic)
Other Half Brewing Co. - Bananaversary 2024 (Barrel Aged Stout)
Side Project - Anabasis Blend #7 (American Barleywine)
Kemker Kultuur - Aolt Beer Blend no. 07-2022 (Sour Beer)
Cantillon - Sang Bleu (Lambic)
Tickets are 400 dkk, which will include a small tasting of each beer and the opportunity to buy these bottles and others for discounted rates. Along with the bottles we will have some sourdough and aged cheese to emphasise the beauty of fermentation.
