
About this Event
Learn from fermenting expert and business owner, Tara, of Wyldearth Farm, who will lead each participant through a step-by-step fermentation process, followed by sampling of other fermented vegetables. This hands-on workshop will cover the basics of vegetable fermentation and is perfect for the beginner. Each attendee will receive ingredients and equpiment to complete the fermentation prepared in class, and equipment to replicate the process after class. Due to the space and equipment requirements, this class is limited to 8 participants.
