Try your hand at making your own sauerkraut while learning about the history, culture, and art of fermentation! During this workshop, you'll get to taste a variety of sauerkraut and fermented vegetables before making your own to take home. You'll learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, pickled vegetables, and cashew cheese from Daniela Lopez Camino who travels the world teaching about the art of fermentation under the handle @La Fermentadora.
