LOVE FERMENTED FOOD? This Workshop will teach you how and why you should include fermented foods for probiotics in your daily diet and improve gastro-intestinal health, assist prevention of dietary issues and also for immune system boosting - 70% of your Immune System is in your GUT!!
The purpose of the workshop is not only to show you how to ferment the usual sauerkrauts etc. but how versatile it is to ferment so many varieties of foods.
In this workshop we will begin with Base Sauerkraut and Kimchi and showing you have you can create a multitude of varieties with different ingredients. You will also learn what to do to ferment other Winter vegetables. The fourth ferment will be a surprise on the day. You will take your own products home so you can continue the fermentation process.
Location of the event is in Toowoomba - venue to be confirmed closer to the time.
Cost of the workshop is $120 per person.
All you are required to bring is a pen if you like taking extra notes as the booklet is supplied with full recipe details.
Morning tea is provided and this will include a sample of what you can do with leftover kimchi/sauerkraut liquid to create a dip for crackers.
Herb teas will be supplied but NOT Coffee.
