Join us for a Fermentation Workshop at Higher Ground this harvest season, and find answers to these questions! Learn the art of one of the oldest food preservation methods, and discover it's benefits to our gut and immune system. You will make your own kimchi from scratch, and learn how to make other fermented delicacies at home. I will teach you what and how to ferment, how to store your creations, and you will have an opportunity to sample various home made fermented refreshments.
