FERMENTING SKILL SHARE
Come to our informal workshop and learn about fermenting, or come to share your skills/kefir grains/scobies with fellow fermenting-curious queers. Feel free to bring your ferments to taste test as well and your theories about queering ferments!
This workshop will be led by at least one regular fermenter (Helen) but will very much take the form around the wants, skill level and desires of the attendees.
What do I bring?
Bring your own large jar (800-1ltr, we recommend buying a large jar of pickles or olives , enjoy them, and bring it along with you emptied) , a good knife, root vegetable and we’ll bring the rest.
Root vegetables you could bring - carrots, turnips, potatoes, beetroots, fennel bulb.
