🍾 March 5 - Probiotic Drink - Tibicos, AKA - water kefir
you will leave with two half liter bottles of water kefir and a scoby to continue at home
🍋 March 12 - Citrus Kavush
you will leave with two 1 kilo jars of preserved citrus fruit
🥒 March 19 - Water Brine
you will leave with two kilo jars of fermented veggies of your choice. Crunchy pickles, radishes, carrots… loads of options!)
