✨Allow yourself to be in a state of RECEIVING the feminine frequency that is within and all around you. This sensation and rhythm of flow and surrender to what the cycles of the earth and her seasons.
Merryn, Lisa, and Alyssa will guide you to this state, creating a trauma-informed and safe-as-can-be container for your authentically expressed being to attune and align to what your temple needs most on this FULLL moon.

Facilitators:
Alyssa learned the art of intentional breathwork during ecstatic dance during her travels in Egypt where she studied a healing movement form called Awakened Bellydance. Additionally, Alyssa is a certified yoga teacher who teaches and practices styles of hatha and raja, both of which use powerful breath techniques for purification, activation, and enhanced magnetism. Above all, Alyssa loves to embody and share these teachings as an extension of wisdom from the "Goddess" who is found in all cultures, times, and traditions.
Merryn is an educator, guide, space holder, and medicine maker. She works and plays as a trauma-responsive, somatic-based, and Spirit-led Entheogenic Integration Guide for Entheogration; assisting people in preparing for, experiencing, and integrating altered states of consciousness. She helps to guide people back to their innate wisdom and intuition through ancestral work/play, shadow work/play, energy medicine, yoga and dance, sound healing, alchemy, cyclical living, ceremony, and eco-sexuality.
Lisa Klingensmith is passionate massage therapist and embodiment coach with over 15 years of experience working with the human body. She specializes in her own method of fascial body unwinding and repatterning. Lisa has an incredible attention to detail and a passion for empowering others to help heal their own bodies through touch, body awareness, and different mindful movement techniques.
