Join us for a soul-nourishing women's day retreat. A space to reconnect with your body, voice, and truth.We’ll begin with a grounding circle to open the heart and set intentions, followed by breathwork and yoga with Lauren to awaken the body and clear stagnant energy.
You’ll then be invited to rest and receive during a soundbath with Shauna, allowing the vibrations to guide you inward and realign your energy.
Afterwards, we’ll gather for a nourishing vegetarian lunch with time for journalling and quiet reflection in nature or community.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore presence and connection through eye gazing, followed by guided movement and intuitive dance for a playful and powerful way to reconnect with the natural rhythm of your body.
We'll then sink into deep rest with yoga nidra, giving your nervous system space to integrate.
To bring this wonderful day to close, we’ll finish with a vocal release allowing your truth to be heard, not just by others, but by yourself, and complete the day with a powerful fire ceremony, releasing anything that no longer serves you, rising from the ashes more connected, empowered, and free.
