Feminine Embodiment Circles
This is a container for women to come together as part of a remembering – remembering who you are, we will be working through the embodiment gateways of Awareness, Breath, Movement, Touch and Sound. I guide women in this work to meet parts of themselves that keep them feeling small, disempowered and in cycles and patterns that don’t align with the life they want to lead.
This work is for the women that are maybe feeling burnt out, those seeking to connect with their life force… there is no template to the feminine; she is the woman connected to earth, cycles, seasons.... the feminine holds the mystery. This work will open you to a wider spectrum of feeling, to listen to the deep intuition of the body that lies underneath the stories of the mind that create the patterns in our lives.
Are you ready to open more to the bliss and pleasure life has to offer and have greater capacity to hold the pain and discomfort without collapsing, numbing or suppressing?
What will sessions involve?
Sessions will involve somatic meditations to arrive in the body, movement practises and sound to bring what is alive in the body into awareness, reflective circles to be witnessed and held. I will weave over 14 years of experience in psychotherapy to support you, hold the space and celebrate your becoming with you. I have undertaken my own deep introspective journey through layers and chapters in embodiment work and subsequently trained to guide other women through their own journey. We will learn about common feminine wounds and belief systems, nervous system regulation and building capacity, developing a relationship between body and mind.
What do I need to bring?
You, ALL of you is welcome. You can also bring a journal, pen, water bottle, cushions/blankets for comfort. Yoga mats and eye masks are optional as they are available at the studio.
Do I need Experience of this work?
Absolutely not and there are no expectations on you other than a readiness and willingness with a pinch of curiosity. If you suffer with any diagnosed mental health conditions and are likely to need support outside of these sessions, please ensure that this is something you consider as sometimes wounds can arise and its important that you ensure you are resourced. I am contactable outside of sessions if there is anything you need to speak into via email.

Scarlett is a Therapist by background, working privately and in Mental Health in the NHS. She is also a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Feminine Embodiment Facilitator and Ceremonial Sound Healer. She is weaving the paths of Body, Psychology and Spirituality.
