Feminine Embodiment & Healing Circle: The “Good Girl Wound”

This women’s circle is designed for anyone who has experienced the pressure to be agreeable, accommodating, or “easy” at the expense of their own needs. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that form from good-girl conditioning—people-pleasing, over-functioning, silence in conflict—and how they show up in adult relationships, work, and emotional wellbeing.

Through guided discussion, education, and gentle somatic practices, participants will learn practical tools for expressing needs, setting boundaries, and showing up more authentically.

This circle offers a supportive space to gain insight, build skills, and connect with other women working to step out of old roles and into more honest, empowered ways of living.
