Our final workshop for the year. Females only (minimum age 13).
Under 18 must have parent in attendance.
This workshop will breakdown violence and abuse in all its forms and give you the education required to remain safe.
It will also include self-defence concepts should you ever need to physically defend yourself or a loved one.
3.5 hours (includes coffee break).
$75 per person
$125 (mother daughter)
$150 (family of 3).
