What to Expect:
This session features mat-based exercises in sitting, standing, and lying positions, aimed at improving strength, mobility, and flexibility.

- No prior Pilates experience is necessary.
- Participants must be able to independently move on and off a floor mat.
- This class is not suitable for individuals experiencing acute pain or those requiring clinical rehabilitation.

What to Bring:
All mats and equipment will be provided. Simply come dressed in comfortable, stretchy clothing, and bring along clean socks, a small towel, and a water bottle.
