About this Event
We are honoring females in the military with an all women class at War Horse Forge. Whether you are active duty or a veteran, grab a battle buddy (who does not have to be military but needs to be female) or come on your own and meet some new folks. You will have a fun day of hammering, lunch on us, and time with the animals on the farm. We are located in Stafford, Virginia.
In the class, you will forge a knife from a railroad spike, putting your own twist on the handle. Dave will walk you through the process step by step. No experience is needed.
The class is limited to 8 people. Each attendee must register individually and must be at least 18 years old.
A $25 fee is charged when you register for a class. Upon completion of the class, you can choose to have your $25 refunded (minus Eventbrite fees)or donate it to War Horse Forge. We hope this nominal (and refundable) fee will ensure those who sign-up for a class do show up as we often have waitlists. If this fee is a hardship, please let us know (540/538-7453).
