This is your invitation to join a vibrant community of women entrepreneurs at the Female Founder Co-Working Club!
This is a dedicated space to work, connect, and grow alongside like-minded women. Whether you’re scaling your startup, launching your next big idea, or navigating the early stages of your business, this is your space to get things done and feel supported while doing it.
We will be connecting multiple female founder co working clubs throughout the UK via an optional virtual call from 10:30am until 11:30am.
This month speaker: Bobbi-Jo O'Gilvie
Bobbi-Jo O’Gilvie is a serial entrepreneur, coach, facilitator, and changemaker focused on elevating projects and people from underestimated backgrounds. She is the founder of Ready to Blog Designs - a studio that focuses on branding, web design, and strategy for the passionate entrepreneur - and Circe - a micro-coaching app aimed at revolutionising support for women in business. When she's not running the businesses or leading an incubator for founders, she's running, reading, crocheting, or coordinating matching outfits for her and her dog, Wookie.
Why redefining your relationship with failure can help you build smarter, faster, and with more resilience.
After building multiple businesses and helping hundreds of founders launch, grow, and scale, I know that there is one unavoidable reality: Failure is inevitable. But, how we respond to setbacks can be a determining factor in a founder's or a company's success. What happens when, instead of feeling shame or suffering in silence, we harness the power of failure to springboard us to constructive action?
This talk covers the journey of becoming a reluctant entrepreneur, what happens when the best laid plans fall apart in spectacular fashion, and the magic that can be found in facing failure head-on (and asking for help along the way). You'll come away with a new blueprint for tackling setbacks, inspiration to seek new challenges, and connection to the founders who have come before you (and will come after you) who have run the same gambit as you and lived to tell the tale.
We will also have time for some Q&A and Networking.
