About this Event
The Regional Interagency Steering Committee/Regional Advisory Committee (RISC/RAC) is an opportunity for stakeholders in Region 3 to come together to share best practices, lessons learned, and network with the whole community of emergency management and homeland security. The meeting provides a forum in which representatives can individually, collectively, or in working groups address various issues and propose solutions to make preparedness, protection, response, recovery and/or mitigation more relevant, effective, and efficient within the Region. Members and attendees provide technical expertise on issues specific to Region 3, which makes the RISC/RAC meeting critical to successful enhancement of “whole community” emergency management and response efforts.
