About this Event

Join local fiber artist Anna Sunschauer at The Local Art Gallery for a fun and informative needle felting workshop! In this class, you'll learn the skills and techniques to create a charming felted cardinal. All required tools and materials will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary. However, good fine motor skills are recommended to ensure safe handling of the needles. Suitable for ages 12 and up, this workshop is an excellent opportunity to explore a unique craft, whether you're a needle felting novice or you already have some experience under your belt.

Artist Bio:

Anna Sunschauer (they/them) is a passionate needle felting artist and workshop instructor. They specialize in sculpting cute, expressive creatures from wool fiber using felting needles. Their workshops, occurring throughout the Pioneer Valley, empower students of all skill levels to explore the joy of needle felting and bring their own whimsical creations to life.
