If you think sewing is difficult, then this course is for you. It is easy to sew felt and what comes out often looks good. Examples of projects could be stuffed animals for children, clothes' decorations, christmas tree decorations, room decorations such as flowers... you name it, the list goes on. During the workshop you will:
*learn about different types of felt and their best use.
*be able to choose suitable threads and needles for sewing felt
*learn how to trace felt for embroidery
*learn different types of stiches incl how to whip stich felt edges
decorate felt with beads
*learn tips for washing felt
By the end of the workshop you will be able to complete one felt project and take it home with you.
Note! A materials fee is covered within your course fee.
Both adults and kids are welcome (minimum 10 years old)
Beginner-friendly, no prior sewing experience required
