A weekend to support you in meeting yourself – with the body as a pathway to life energy and clarity.
We will work with gentle movement, breath and presence.
Here you are invited to find calm in your nervous system, awaken intuition and open to the life energy that already lives within you.
Felt Sense Flow® is a body-based method where, through movement, sensing and presence, we learn to listen from within.
The practice supports the nervous system, releases tension and emotions, and opens a deeper connection to both body and psyche.
You can expect:

✨ nervous system regulation
✨ strengthened intuition and presence
✨ a space free from performance – where you can simply be yourself
No previous experience is needed – only curiosity to turn inward.
All teaching will be in English.
