About this Event
This course is aimed at surgeons with experience i small animal orthopaedics, who wish to improve their assessment and management of cats with pelvic trauma.
Key Learning Objectives:
- The pre-operative assessment of cats with pelvic injuries
- Optimising diagnostic imaging approaches
- Surgical techniques for sacroiliac seperation, ilial fractures and acetabular fractures
- Identifying and treatment of complications
Course content will be delivered through a combination of didactic presentations, case based discussions, dry-lab and wet-lab practicals.
