Taught by Leonie who has come out of retirement to run these classes for you.Feldenkrais participants have reported that it helps not only physically, but also has had emotional and psychological benefits for them. The idea of this Feldenkrais class is to learn how to use small movements to increase your range of movement, help to stop pain and help to avoid injury.
Did you know that Feldenkrais is credited as being a leader in identifying the relationship between the brain and pain?
Please bring your own water bottle and mat. Ideally wider than a normal yoga mat.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that is easy to move in.
No lunch is provided, so please either bring along your lunch or there is a lovely café 3 minutes walk from the Centre. We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to reheat or prepare food.
We have full toilet facilities. The venue is airconditioned for your comfort, but please bring warm clothes as our air conditioners get quite cold.
