Feldenkrais Pelvic Floor Series Workshop

Join this 5 week Sunday workshop series to understand pelvic control by coordinating movements with your whole self. The gentle and novel exercises are suitable for everyone.

Each session includes:

2) Engaging Awareness Through Movement lesson

3) Integration time at the end

About the instructor: Gursharon Kaur is in her 3rd year of a 4-year training program led by Alan Questel, who studied directly with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais.
