Thursdays / 6:00 - 7:00 pmFeldenkrais is for anyone wanting to study their habits and experience new ones. You'll gently meander through unusual movements in different postures. The classes are done in a spirit of play by a benevolent detective uncovering familiar but faulty patterns.

Movements are done slowly and mindfully with rests periodically. Movement limits are honored and pain, stretching and striving are avoided. Gentle yet powerful.
Class is available in-person and via Zoom. When registering for the online version, you will receive an email with the Zoom link within 1 hour of the start of class. Please register by 5pm on Thursdays to allow enough time to receive your link via email. Never attended via Zoom before?

PRIVATE SESSIONS: For those wanting undivided attention and touch, Brent offers hands-on sessions. Gentle and unparalled in sensitivity, sessions focus on chronic holding patterns and aim to restore innate movement through direct experience. Foster interdependence through reduced pain, increased movement, reduced nervous system stimulation and the abatement of many neurophysical chronic conditions.
